Any authors interested in presenting one or various communications may do so under the following formats:
Papers can be presented in either of these two formats (oral or poster). The Scientific Committee reserves the right to suggest a change in format, depending on the quality and overall interest of the paper.
Papers for presentation will be submitted using the on-line registration sheet. To include abstracts in the relevant text box, copy the text on a Word document and paste in the box. Please bear in mind the following parameters when doing so:
Author(s) name(s) and/or affiliation must not be included in the abstract. If you exceed the maximum number of words you will receive an error warning and you will have to start over. Tables and pictures/images must not be included. All abstracts must be submitted in English. To complete the application make sure that your text editor is compatible with Microsoft Office.
Once you have completed abstract submission, you will receive an e-mail with a reference number for each abstract submitted. You may use this reference number to access your abstract(s) until June 1st 2010, should you wish to make any changes to the text before that date.
